The Origin: The Coast of Ras Al Jinz
Released as a pivotal chapter in Amouage’s Odyssey Collection (Chapter I: Escape) and created by master perfumer MacKenzie Reilly, Ashore was directly inspired by the surreal landscape of Ras Al Jinz on the easternmost point of the Arabian Peninsula.
Reilly sought to capture the exact sensory experience of standing on the shore at noon: the blinding white glare of the sun, the dense, intoxicating smell of wild jasmine floating through the heat, and the cool, salty mist rising off the sea.
The Design: The bottle features the iconic Amouage silhouette cast in a smooth, translucent pastel peach/coral hue that mirrors the warm sands of Oman at golden hour. Crowned with a polished magnetic cap set with a shimmering crystal, it is an exquisite pastel jewel that stands out in any niche collection.
