This Sales & Purchase Policy ("Sales Policy") governs all commercial transactions, payments, and orders placed on our Platform for the purchase of luxury fragrances shipped from Dubai, UAE, to Uzbekistan. By completing a purchase, you agree to the commercial terms outlined below.
1. Product Authenticity Guarantee
- 100% Genuine Products: We operate under a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. Every fragrance sold is sourced directly from licensed distributors, brand boutiques, and authorized luxury wholesalers within the United Arab Emirates.
- Batch Verification: All items are shipped in their original, factory-sealed retail packaging (unless explicitly sold as an open-box special). Batch codes are intact and can be verified independently by the customer upon delivery.
2. Pricing and Currency
- Dynamic Pricing: Because our inventory is sourced in Dubai, prices on the Platform are pinned to global luxury market values and currency exchange rates (USD/AED/UZS). We reserve the right to update prices instantly without prior notice.
- Final Checkout Price: The price displayed at the final checkout screen is final. This amount includes the cost of the fragrance and any applicable international handling fees.
- Currency Conversion: Payments made via local Uzbek cards (Uzcard/Humo) will be processed in Uzbek Som (UZS) based on the current conversion rate utilized by our secure payment gateway at the millisecond of the transaction.
3. Order Processing & Verification
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation via email, SMS, or Telegram. This indicates that your order request has been received, not that it has been legally accepted.
- Security Screening: To protect against credit card fraud, our finance team reviews international transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any order that triggers automated fraud alerts or safety flags.
- Inventory Discrepancies: In rare cases where an item sells out in Dubai before the Platform updates, we will notify you immediately, cancel the transaction, and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
4. Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer multiple secure payment methods to accommodate our clients in Tashkent:
A. Online Prepayment (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard)
- Payments are processed through fully encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party gateways.
- Your order will not be dispatched from our Dubai hub until payment authorization is fully cleared.
B. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available exclusively for deliveries within the city limits of Tashkent for orders under a specific maximum value threshold.
- By selecting COD, you enter a binding agreement to pay the courier the exact amount listed on your invoice in cash (UZS) upon arrival.
- Abuse Policy: If a customer repeatedly refuses COD packages without a verified structural product defect, we reserve the right to permanently revoke COD privileges and require non-refundable online prepayment for all future orders.
5. Customs, Taxes, and Importer Liability
- The $200 Limit: All items are sent as international postal/courier shipments directly to individual consumers in Uzbekistan. Under local state laws, individuals may receive up to $200 USD worth of goods per calendar month completely duty-free.
- Customer Responsibility: If your order exceeds $200 USD, or if your combined monthly imports from various international websites exceed $200 USD, you will be contacted by Tashkent customs authorities to pay regional import taxes and processing duties. Our store is not responsible for these fees, nor will we issue refunds if a package is rejected due to a customer's refusal to clear customs.
6. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Transfer of Ownership
- Safe Handling: Because fragrances are classified as flammable liquids, they require specialized air cargo handling. We bear the full cost and responsibility of securing the liquid cargo for flight.
- Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you the moment the package is physically signed for and accepted from our last-mile courier partner in Tashkent.
- Unclaimed Packages: If our local courier cannot reach you after three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our holding facility in Tashkent. Redelivery will incur an extra local courier handling fee.
