Welcome to our platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile services, and Telegram communication channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated to facilitate the sale and international delivery of authentic luxury perfumes from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to customers in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in Uzbekistan, to place an order on this Platform.
Account Accuracy: When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your legal name, delivery address, and active phone number). (to be developed in later versions)
Account Safety: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your legal responsibility.

2. Product Orders & Cross-Border Delivery

Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions on liquid cargo.
Logistics Pipeline: All items are sourced, packaged, and dispatched from our logistics hub in Dubai, UAE, and transported via air freight to Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery windows (4 to 9 business days) are projections, not absolute legal guarantees. Delays resulting from airline schedule shifts, severe weather, or customs inspection bottlenecks are outside of our direct control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations

By placing an order for international delivery into Uzbekistan, you are legally designated as the Importer of Record.

Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for monitoring your cumulative monthly imports. If an order causes you to exceed your personal $200 USD monthly limit, you will be liable for any customs duties, processing fees, or taxes levied by the State Customs Committee of Uzbekistan.
Personal Use Only: You agree that all perfumes purchased through our Platform are strictly for personal use and will not be used for commercial resale inside Uzbekistan.
Accurate Identity: If requested, you must provide valid identification details matching the recipient's name to facilitate smooth clearance at Tashkent customs.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Payments

Price Adjustments: Prices for fragrances on our Platform are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations between the UAE Dirham (AED), US Dollar (USD), and Uzbek Som (UZS), or shifts in brand wholesale costs.
Payment Gateways: We accept online payments via local processing channels (Uzcard / Humo) and international credit networks (Visa / Mastercard). By completing a transaction, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge the designated amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is selected, you agree to pay the exact listed amount in local currency to the courier immediately upon physical arrival of the package. Refusing delivery without a valid, documented product defect will result in the suspension of your account from future COD privileges.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Replacements

No Change-of-Mind Returns: Due to international transport complexities and the sanitary nature of sealed luxury items, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply dislike a scent or change your mind after dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a fragile bottle breaks during air transit or if you receive the wrong item, you must document the damage (photos/videos) and notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the package. Valid claims will be resolved with a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an item is securely packed and handed over to our air cargo partners in Dubai, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Intellectual Property

Brand Ownership: All content on this Platform—including logos, layout designs, UI elements, custom text, and graphics—belongs to our company and is protected by international copyright laws.
Third-Party Trademarks: All perfume brand names, bottle designs, and imagery (e.g., Chanel, Dior, Creed) are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective fashion houses and manufacturers. Our use of these names is solely intended to accurately identify and describe the authentic products we source.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Your inability to access or use the Platform.
Delays or seizures of packages by Uzbekistan customs authorities due to client non-compliance or incorrect customer data.
Slight cosmetic variations in product packaging introduced by original manufacturers.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws governing international commercial transactions, with primary arbitration handled through established frameworks. Any disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall first be directed to our internal support team for an amicable resolution before seeking formal legal mediation.
