Released in 2023, Libre L'Absolu Platine was crafted by master perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm as a precious, highly concentrated Parfum release.
The perfumers played with the extreme tension between heat and cold. By developing a specialized White Lavender accord paired with synthetic aldehydes, they achieved an icy, metallic freshness that simulates precious platinum metal, which then gradually melts on the skin into warm, creamy Bourbon vanilla.
The Silver Platinum Flacon: A true masterpiece of bottle design. The glass interior is lacquered in a metallic, mirror-like silver platinum finish, creating a striking metallic contrast against the gold oversized YSL Cassandra logo wrapped around the glass and the slanted black tuxedo cap.
