The Origin: Christine Nagel's Ode to Youthful Spirit
Released in 2023, Tutti Twilly was created by Hermès in-house master perfumer Christine Nagel as a new chapter in the Twilly d'Hermès saga (which began in 2017).
Nagel wanted to capture the collective, bubbly energy of young women who live life on their own terms. The name "Tutti"—meaning "all" or "together" in Italian—reflects a spirit of togetherness and joy. By pairing the unexpected note of lychee with ginger blossom, Nagel created a texture that feels like a light silk scarf catching a warm summer breeze.
The Bowler Hat & Silk Ribbon Flacon: Designed by Florence Manlik, the 85 ml lantern-shaped bottle is cast in a lychee-pink gradient glass. It is crowned with a cheeky white bowler hat cap and finished with a unique, hand-dyed knot of silk ribbon (twilly) tied around its neck—meaning no two bottles are exactly alike.
